“DOUBT” – Thirty-fifth Anniversary tour, this November/December!
A few weeks ago, we posted about “doubt” and how our second album had reached its thirty-fifth anniversary. We were totally blown away by the outpouring of love that followed – so many people saying it had been such an important part of their lives. It was hugely humbling, if we’re honest. And the one thing which really stuck out was how many of those people also said we shouldn’t let that anniversary pass without marking the occasion properly. And you know what? They were right. So, we’re thrilled to announce that we’re going to head out on tour later this year, and give “doubt” the birthday party it so richly deserves.
The tour kicks off in November in Southend, and we’ll be heading all over the country to play the album, in full, from start to finish. Of course, “doubt” wasn’t our only album, so we’ll make sure we pack out the rest of the set, with loads of stuff from across the rest of our career. And, on top of that, there’s our latest album, “Twilight” on the way too, so you can expect highlights from that record to make an appearance as well.
And, after thirty-five years, how do we feel as a band? Well, obviously, we’re older and wiser. But let’s face it, sometimes you really, REALLY need to try and forget about getting older, and just remember how it feels, to be straight back in 1991 again. Who’s with us? See you there!
